Learn to make a festive seasonal galette (free-form tart) as a new holiday offering or for a special meal. During class we will explore additional ideas for delicious seasonal desserts.
At 5:30 PM EST, we will meet virtually with Vanessa Young from Thirsty Radish and cook along at home.
Ingredients kits will be provided by the library to the first ten registrants prior to the start of the class. If you do not want one, please let us know in the Notes section of your registration. We will notify the eligible participants by email when the kits are ready for pickup from the Rehoboth Beach Public Library. A copy of the recipe and the link to the virtual meeting room will be emailed to all participants on the day of the event.
